The packaging of cloth rubber shoes should be marked with product name, color or article number, quality grade, shoe number, manufacturer name, address, product implementation standard number, etc.
When purchasing cloth-covered rubber shoes, it is mainly to check the appearance quality and product packaging by hand and visually, and the following aspects should be paid attention to:
1. Check the upper. The first thing to check is whether there is any skew, color difference in the upper, damage, stains on the upper, and random yarn jumping. Secondly, it is necessary to check whether the suture stitches are neat and even, whether there are skipped stitches and broken threads, and whether there is any color difference in the threads used in various parts.
2. The shoe eyelets are not allowed to be cracked and loosened, and the misalignment of the shoe eyelets cannot exceed the width of half a shoe eyelet.
3. The decorative parts should be sewn firmly. Symmetrical decorative parts cannot have obvious size changes and color differences. Printed patterns, text and trademarks must be clear, and bleeding or dragging marks are not allowed.
4. More attention should be paid to the rubber parts except the outsole. There should be no curling or pore air bubbles in the parts.
5. There should be no lack of cloth or glue on the inner bottom of the sponge, and the inner bottom should be flat. The insole cloth is not allowed to be damaged or peeled off, the printing must be clear and correct, and the insole cloth of the same pair of shoes must not have color difference.
6. The pattern of the rubber outsole should be clear and free of glue. There should be no forward rush or recoil phenomenon in the fit of the outsole, and no bounce and skew are allowed. At the same time, the outsole should not have defects such as impurities, sand grains, air bubbles and obvious pollution scratches.
7. The same pair of shoes is not allowed to have color difference and color shift, and there is no obvious difference in length and height of the back. The soles should not be sprayed with frost and sulfur, and the rubber parts should not stick to the bottom.
8. To choose a pair of satisfactory cloth rubber shoes, you need not only the style but also the fit, so you should try them on when purchasing. Because there are differences in the length, fat and thinness of the left and right feet of the human body, both feet must be worn when trying them on. The so-called fit shoes refer to the products that fit the fat and thin of the shoe, the foot can move freely in the shoe, stretch freely, the instep does not feel squeezed, and the support is stable.
